TDP MP Kesineni Sivanath wrote to CBI directors on Thursday seeking an investigation into the multi-million-dollar scandal allegedly conducted in the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) system between 2019 and 2024, while denying the involvement of his brother and the former Mp kesineni srini of title It.

Mr Sivanath said the CBI’s inquiry would reveal the real culprit of casting disgust against him, as he had business contacts with Kesireddy Rajasekhar (A-1 in the case).

Speaking to the media, Mr. Sivanath said that YSRCP President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s media House “Sakshi” published a post saying that he challenged the facts of promoting the two companies (Kesineni International Limited (USA) and Kesineni International Limited (USA) and Kesineni Global Enterprises (Dubai) (Dubai) and former Chief Ministers, who have announced the facts of promoting the company and promoting the campaign and challenging them that they have been.

Mr Sivanath noted that he had previously had connections with Mr Rajasekhar in a real estate development adventure but had withdrawn due to losses and had no contact with him since then.

“Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy and his followers sent me naughty propaganda. If he (Mr. Jagan) is innocent, he should have written a letter to the CBI within 24 hours to write for the investigation within 24 hours so that the breath of worry around him will also be cleared,” added Mr. Sivanath.

Meanwhile, Mr Sivanath said in a letter to the CBI that the Associated Press was very concerned about the shocking revelation of the alcohol scam, equivalent to nearly Rs 3,6 billion. “The public’s anger and demand for mass scams involving national resources and public health are becoming increasingly transparent,” he noted.

People have the right to know the truth and believe that the persons responsible are held accountable, regardless of their position or affiliation. He said that given the severity, scale and interstate financial impact of the scam, the CBI should file a case and launch a thorough and impartial investigation. Mr Sivanath noted: “The CBI investigation will restore public trust and ensure justice is provided without impact or bias.”

It is worth mentioning that among the main defendants in the scam are Rajampet MP PV Midhun Reddy (who had his bail with the Supreme Court after his recent rejection of his expected bail request by the High Court), former MP V. Vijaya Sai Reddy and retired Ias official K. Dhanunjaya Reddy.
