‘Women are from birth to women’: UK SC offers landmark judgments when hitting trans people – Economic Times Video

The Supreme Court of England ruled that a woman was born with biological women, excluding transgender people from the legal definition in a long-standing dispute between feminist groups and the Scottish government. Five judges unanimously ruled that the UK Equality Act means that trans women can be excluded from certain groups and single-sex spaces, such as locker rooms, homeless shelters, swimming areas, and medical or counseling services provided only to women.
