Reply: A recent story about a federal judge ruling about 400 ostrichs on a British Columbia farm can continue
I was very disgusted by the decision of the court. If we have learned anything in the last five years, it is that “experts” and scientists are not always right. While some birds die from bird flu, the rest of the herd is healthy and now has natural immunity. Canadian food inspection agencies refuse to consider “new evidence.” Why?
“The court’s ruling accepted the reasons for the Animal Health Act and the CFIA’s use of stamping policy, which requires the destruction of animals to control disease outbreaks, regardless of their health.” So, is it okay for the remaining birds to be healthy and immunized?

Ostrich is part of a plan to study antibody production, which has eliminated the entire chicken farm. These birds may be the solution, but it seems the government doesn’t want it.

Do they want it?
Canadians, experts and pollsters all want a better person as the official opposition leader. We all have lived with the federal government over the past decade, and history will be written as the most ineffective government ever, but people think that Pierre Poilievre should be more prime minister when questioning the government?

Bus bus bust
Reply: Deachman: “New Bus Ways” doesn’t mean living on online buses on May 14
Try to face the facts, OC Transpo (aka OC No Go). Your new bus method is depression! That’s why we’re all in cars.

The city will start evening parking fees this fall. This is a huge money-maker and a small business killer. This is the only negative reaction to our transit mistakes.
Like I’m going to be at night at a dining/gathering/everything elsewhere from downtown to suburbs (assuming there is a bus (assuming there is one). Only in my worst nightmare.
Or mayor that night?
